Please,please,do not buy a car from this company, firs of all told no V5 was available, told to fill in a V62 to aquire a new V5, filled the form in and the Post Office passed the form to the DVLA with £135 for a year's tax

Contacted KC Kars Derby to tell them I was coming to pick up the car, they made excuses the car want be ready till next Tuesday, then another collegue said the car won't be ready for two weeks, they said they would get the MOT done it failed with a Engine MIl asked what this was did not know, I was dealing with deceivers ,they said they would getall the scratches done, I could not deal anymore with them and told them to return all the monies, they put the car up for sale a few days later for £500 more than I paid for it, so do not touch these sham, they will deceive you, you have been warned

Bought a car on Sunday 4th October 2015, Had only a few days and it broke down on Thursday 8th October 2015. Tried ringing them without any answer, so i left a voicemail stating the car had broke down only to phone later and they blocked my number. So rang from another number and he answered and when I spoke to him about the car he said can I call back tomorrow as they have had a bereavement.

So not trusting him we got a friend to call saying she was interested in buying a car from them there was no mention of any bereavement in fact he wanted them to go there straight away to see the car and we tried ringing him again only to find that the 2nd phone number has been blocked.

Spoke to the police and now reporting to the trading standards.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Quite clearly the cars on offer have more milage than advertised. 

Avoid this dealer like the plague.

My mechanic accompanied me for a viewing and pointed out defects and repaired crash damage which was clearly newly painted.

Dealer denied.

Bought a mondeo off him went to sell it and found out it was clocked and had 50k more miles on it, granted it was hpi clear, resulted in me spending an extra 350 on top to get rid, lied throughout original sale car used water, avoid this garage what a fly by rip off

Bought a Vauxhall Combo van from KC Cars in Sunderland. Van broke down shortly after purchase. Owner sent mechanic who conducted a repair using 2nd hand part, carried out no test drive. I took it out straight afterwards....and it broke down. Shocking after sales service!! Called owner who refused a refund. Car is still parked at side of road and wont start! Have sent letters, no response, so now taking matter through small claims court, trading standards etc. Out of pocket to tune of £650! plus lost work. Buyer beware!!!!
