Bought a Jaguar F-type and very happy with the car and how I was treated. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Faulty car, thousands to fix, lying salesmen, the list goes on. Do not buy a vehicle from this company.

They might have some fancy looking cars, but that is where the good things end. I had heard as things about Junction 17 and even had a previous unpleasant experience there myself. I should have known better. I was encouraged to place a "fully refundable" deposit on a car. But now when I ask for my "fully refundable" deposit back, I'm told it can't happen. And this is when Junction 17 fully admit to it being their error that I changed my mind. Avoid, unless you like disappointment.

Purchased an Audi Q7 from this organization. When things started to go wrong the only quote was ring the warranty company. Warranty is expensive and poor. Car looks and drives nice when it is on the road. Only managed to do 2k miles in a whole year as it has been off the road so many times. Went in there for my annual service and i thought there would at least be apologies, but no, they hide in the back office and i can only think they do not care as they now have my money. Recommendation from a family member and i agree with some of the other comments, Junction 17 as a business do not care about peoples feelings and what effects this has on family life.

I understand why here are more negative than positive feedbacks. When customers are not happy they are leaving negative reviews straight away. If they are happy, they are too lazy or just forget it. I bought 2 cars from Junction 17. One bought 3 years ago and the second one last week. Both times it were very smooth transactions. Both cars were superb. I gave the first one to my daughter and bought a blue Mercedes-Benz which has been delivered last week to my home address in Doncaster. Absolutely love the car. Very professional team and great experience overall.

Please stay away from this company. The pain and grief that they have caused myself and my Family is just too much! The "CEO" and I use that term very loosely has no care for anyone but himself and his gleaming, very expensive motors. The stress that he has caused on not looking after us, the customers has been unbearable. The vehicle I purchased (with a very expensive warranty) in February is STILL yes STILL off the road as I write this. His ignorance to try and fix the problems is as high as I have ever seen. The good thing is I have every email, call, footage of the problems and much more all noted and recorded. As I say at the start of this review, PLEASE do not go anywhere near this company but more importantly, the "CEO". Now I am sure they will give a very heartful reply saying a lot of rubbish (as on previous emails) and we apologise etc etc bla bla bla. Not working with me and I really hope others reading this see the light. Embarrassing company from day one, a seriously embarrassing guy at the top!! PS - Take a look at the other Bad Bad reviews!!

!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!! Absolutely worst dealer I have dealt with, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. Bought Audi Q7 which was advertised on auto trader, didn’t had chance to travel 4 hours to view and I trust on the pictures and detail. To impress buyer they quoted 2489 less mileage with excellent condition to show great price, my bad I did blind trust, finalised the deal, collected the car after getting home realised the mileage is incorrect and based on the mileage price should be at least £2-3k cheaper plus have headlamp sensor issue which turns on and off, alloys have visible scratches. After sending them an email about this was told should have read disclaimer on their website, seriously???? At absolute breaking point with this dealer, taking it further to file formal complaint to ombudsman and trading Standards. If I could give a minus rating, I would.

PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews, look at all the negative reviews , there are hundreds out there about this company (junction 17 cars) all saying the same thing. I like many others looked at the showroom, and the stock, and thought it was a very professional set up…how wrong we all were, after you have bought, just try to speak to anybody, there either not in today…or in a meeting, etc, and the promises to call you back, never happen. I feel so sorry for the receptionist, who has to fend off these calls. They never called me back either, and im talking about 20 calls over a 3 week period, I left an £8,000 deposit, that has taken me over 3 weeks to get back , the only person who even replied to me was from accounts, who did sort this for me, the directors should be ashamed of themselves, a company is only as good as its owners/staff. The Total disregard for aftercare is unbelievable, you have been warned.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Don’t be fooled by the high end cars in the showroom PLEASE READ the reviews. I was asked to take down my previous scathing review on the back of L promising to resolve the outstanding issues that should have been sorted 5 weeks earlier by another salesman. Another big mistake, as once I deleted the negative feedback I was then ghosted again!!! I will try and keep this short at to the point. 1, If the car requires any work before buying it WALK AWAY because the promises to undertake the work before you take delivery are just false. 2, If you have stupidly believed them and take the car away and there is a problem, then after calling them once they WILL NEVER answer your call again, unless you ring straight back either on a different number or put 141 in front of the call and they answer straight away, tried this every time and it gets answered straight away, but you will be ghosted if you call on your usual number. 3, If you do the above and get through to reception you WILL NEVER get put through and don’t bother leaving a message as they WILL NEVER call you back either. If she sends the owner an email asking him to contact you and copies you in, DON’T expect a response because the owner has your money and doesn’t bother responding. 4. DO NOT rely on them informing DVLA, they WILL NOT and like me, you will continue to be wasting the road tax on your part exchange whilst it’s for sale on their forecourt because you can’t get a refund as the car will remain in your name. The new keeper supplement from the V5 will not be given to you either so DO NOT leave until you have it as you WILL be ghosted afterwards. 5 weeks after the purchase I had to return in person to get them to do the transfers on line, a two minute job requiring you to continually chase and end up having no other choice but to turn up in person. 5. Be warned their HPI report DOES NOT include a millage check, mine had a millage discrepancy, which they refused to accept devalued my car. 6. Even worse, 5 weeks after I purchased the car for cash they still hadn’t paid off THEIR finance they took out to buy the car for their stock!!!! So MAKE SURE you do your own HPI before and after purchase as they CAN NOT be trusted to pay their own stocking finance off and if the salesman tells you it will be done as soon as you pay for the car and he will send confirmation. So in summary, the two salesmen I dealt with both made promises that were just false and the management/owner doesn’t care once he has your money. There is zero after sales service and if you do manage to get past being ghosting, then PLEASE DO NOT believe anything they say. Oh and ask yourself how many people like me have removed their scathing reviews in exchange for getting an issue sorted? It’s the only way to get them to do anything, but in my case they still continued to ghost me. RUN AWAY and buy elsewhere, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

At absolute breaking point with this garage. Going to seek legal advice as well as informing Trading Standards. If I could give a minus rating, I would. We bought a Discovery Sport at the beginning of August. From the moment we drove the car away, customer service became non existent. The person I dealt with has treated us appallingly and Junction 17 should be totally embarrassed. I am presently calling hourly where I am told consistently that the people I want to speak to are always on the telephone. It is impossible to get past reception. The men are hiding behind these poor ladies having to deal with irate calls. I have called many many times in order to sort out the following:- 1. Spare set of keys 2. Paperwork which confirms what was actually carried out on the ‘interim service’. 3. ‘Service Needed’ light on dashboard. I was told by the receptionist the person I dealt with and also the Manager that the key had be sent by recorded delivery. The dates of when this key was actually posted changed 3 times! He also stated he would message me the tracking number. This never materialised! I was promised by the person I dealt with on many occasions that he would email me the work that was carried out on the service. I have a text message trail to confirm this. The email never arrived. I also spoke to both Manager and the person I dealt with that the Diesel Exhaust Fluid Liquid light on the dashboard had lit up. The Manager tried to persuade me that this light comes on every 100 miles or so and it had lit up because my husband had driven from Peterborough to Aldershot! Absolute nonsense! This was supposed to have been checked on the service and wasn’t. They confirmed this. I do believe that a service has not been carried out on our vehicle we purchased from Junction 17 as why would they not send the paperwork through? I am going to a TRUSTED local garage to confirm whether a service has been done. I’m sure the results will be a disturbing read. The Manager also promised to find a local garage to switch off the Service Needed light. He never got back to me even though he stated that he knew our area well. I am very confused how Junction 17 even manage to run a business like this. DO NOT be fooled by the attractive and expensive cars on show. There are better, more reputable garages around and I only wish I had done our research a little more prudently before purchasing this vehicle from this company. FURTHER UPDATE We part exchanged our car with this garage and we have now received UNPAID TOLL CHARGE NOTICES 5 weeks after we traded it in totalling over £100! These unpaid toll fees are from Tyne Tunnels! Could this get any worse?

Purchased a range river sport online and paid in full was fobbed off for several weeks about delivery - vehicle did not materialise as it was found to have a major Wiring fault. I was then asked if there was another vehicle I would consider as opposed to a refund I chose another vehicle but it transpired it had no MOT so again I had to wait longer. When the vehicle arrived I had no paperwork and on 1 key - obtaining a log book was horrendous and all at my own time and aggravation, window wiper blade rubbers were glued down so have had to replace an independant inspection showed 2 tires should have been recorder as MOT advisories. Anti freeze was empty only one key amd not two and the battery in that needed replacing at my own cost at which point I discovered it was in fact half a key. Promised warranty that never arrived no hpi certificate issued with the vehicle and the list goes on. Sales team couldn’t care less ignore phone calls and emails - I am about to take legal action - not what you expect when you pay over 35k for a vehicle from a dealer - do yourself a favour and avoid , gutted I didn’t demand a refund as could have purchased the same vehicle from Land Rover at a comparable price with confidence and no grief

Had our car on brokerage but would still expect same level of service which did not transpire Poor correspondence constantly having to get in touch never getting back either by phone or email no updates on progression of sale even when a sale had been secured think we would still be engaging with them if it wasn't for lady at reception and in account very good and helpful rest of service provided very poor

A update on review posted 4 weeks ago about Junction 17 Cars. Has said bought a car from Junction 17 car YK11UNE had a handbook were gonna post and sort if alloy needs welding... On first onrme they say posted 3 and half weeks ago, never recieved it, they put wrong postcode and have the nerve to ask me to contact the post office, asked them for proof of posting never heard from them since, was expected as a rubbish place. Alloy says waiting for workshop to contact me to arrange, what a laugh tyre loses air daily and nothing., think I will see them in small claims courts with Bill for handbook and new alloy or welding what ever company says.. ONCE AGAIN NEVER BUY A CAR FROM JUNCTION 17 CARS. PETERBOUGH

I bought a VW Touareg off them on Feb 26, it looked superb, drove great around Nottingham so paid £4,703 including their admin charge and warranty. We were pleased with it until I drove down from Grantham to Diss at the end of March, I pulled out to overtake a slow moving truck, there was a massive bang, engine revved like mad, transmission was disconnected, no drive! Massive Artic behind me was flashing and sounding horn wildly, smoke everywhere from brakes and tyres. The slow truck passed me on the inside and I swerved into the inside lane avoiding the artic and ran off onto the verge, lucky to be alive! After an hour calming down talking to my husband on the phone, the car was in 'Limp mode' so I crawled the 20 miles home at a very slow speed. Garage ran engine diagnostics, nothing serious and test drove car, OK! I warned the Warranty people that there may be an issue with the car, cover was very limited Parts and labour, no diagnostics and a £1,000 limit. My daughter and I didn't want to go in the car again. Engine was also far noisier then and there was a whine from gearbox at low revs when warm. My husband checked the internet, this is a known and progressive issue on the Touareg that gets worse and worse until the gearbox fails catastrophically! Any power on down change can cause the issue, we tested it, kick down at 60mph causes a massive bang, car feels like it has been rear ended, almost stops with engine over revving like mad and no drive for several seconds if you lift off.. Reported it to Junction 17, told to go to Warranty, did so, got nowhere so insisted Junction 17 repair or replace the car, that was 26 April. They finally accepted car back on 2 May. On 14 May they tell us they still haven't found the issue, it may be the Valve body. We had been without a usable car for over three weeks. I took advice and was told to inform Junction 17 that I was doing a final rejection of the car as detailed in the Consumer Act 2015, since it was not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, not superb as described and most importantly that we were being significantly inconvenienced by the delay in repair. This is true, my daughter has had to miss two horse shows and her riding is limited without the large car as we told the dealer when buying. They replied stating basically it was our fault, the issue wasn't there when we bought the car and attached a trite little report from a garage stating they tested it prior to sale and it was perfect! They added - 'We have arranged for the transmission to be inspected to find the cause of the fault, but please be aware that should their report confirm that the failure is down to the overall age / mileage of the vehicle you have purchased then all costs will be passed to yourself at our absolute discression' VW tell us the fault is expensive to fix, the Valve case can fix it short term but that isn't the root of the issue, they replace the whole transmission which is uneconomic on a car of this age. The engine will also need work. This dealership is dishonest, they try to ignore the Consumer Act 2015 and will not face their responsibilities at all - AVOID them at all costs. We are issuing a Small Claims case against them based on them selling us a dangerous vehicle and not dealing with it under the terms of the Consumer Act 2015.

Where do I start..1 star is just too generous. Worst experience of my life buying a car from these people. Purchased a “immaculate” BMW 535. 2 weeks after purchase several faults showed up on dash. After having an independent diagnostics done it was clear there were several issues with the car that would be expensive to fix. We returned the car to Junction 17 cars and asked for a refund under our consumer rights as within 30 days. After nearly 4 weeks and several solicitor letters later we finally heard back off them with a no as there is nothing wrong with the car! Apparently we had used a screw driver to deliberately damage the car!!! They had also got their mechanic to look at car and guess what..no faults! How convenient! They then offered to buy the car back off us for 3000 less than we paid! How nice of them!! We accepted as the alternative was for us to be left with a car that we knew had faults and was very expensive to fix!! We were promised the refund he following day...4 days later and 30 phone calls and we finally received our money! The two guys I dealt with are absolutely useless and constantly avoid calls and emails when things go wrong. Terrible service! The car is now back up for sale with them!! Avoid at all costs it has major faults!!!

Purchased a car from this dealer in December 2017, included in the purchase of the vehicle was an 18 month “A1” warranty at the cost of £499 ... after two break downs and £440 worth of repair bills Junction 17 just wants to “call me back later...“ and will not deal with the warranty company who refuses to refund me for a simple repair, clearly covered by their so called warranty... The owner of this dealer verbally assured me that they would Refund me my costs if the warranty company didn’t ... unfortunately it would appear his word is as worthless as the warranty I was charged £499 for.. So the deal so far is £499 for nothing and £440 to keep the car on the road and grand total of £939 to prove my mother was right all along and just buy your cars from main dealers. Save your money, your time, and your unreturned phone calls and most of all you belief that people don’t just lie to you and purchase your next car from a reputable dealer even if it costs you a little more to purchase your next car. DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE.

Same with us, sold us a Warranty for £599 but when we had a fault, they do not pay for diagnostics, just parts and labour but only up to £1,000 per claim, referred back to Junction 17 and they blamed us for buying an old car! See our review joining the other damning ones on this and every other review site we can find!

Bought a mercedes Benz SLK 300 from them a month ago. Was promised a 6month warranty, 1 year AA breakdown cover & told car had all documents supplied. Actaul sale was handled in a rushed & impatient manner, salesman couldn't wait to be rid of us once the money had been transferred.. After travelling some distance to collect the car, upon arriving home again & examining all documents. we discovered no owners manual, no AA cover & no breakdown cover supplied. Have attempted to contact dealer on svereal occasions by phine & email & have had no response. About to contact Cambs Trading Standards to report this company for breach of contract.
