I travelled over 250 miles to buy a car from this garage after agreeing a price for my car in principle over the phone. When I arrived I was ushered away from the wvehicle I had come to buy, given coffee, made to fill in forms before I was allowed to see the car. I was not given the opportunity to view the car even then but encouraged to take the car for a drive, which in all fairness went OK. The big problems started on return when I actually got to inspect the car and found it to have been accident damaged and very poorly repaired. An apology was given eventually and we were promised a refund for our wasted fuel, an offer that was later retracted. We got back in the car and drove another 250 miles home. Lesson learned.
Oh and if you say anything negative about this company your review is removed, convenient aye?
