My wife purchased a Land Rover Freelander from this dealer recently and has since found out that work that the dealer promised to complete on the car before collection was either not attempted at all (interior trim repairs) OR was carried out inaccurately (the £80 'winter check' to be carried out by a Land Rover main dealer was sub-contracted out to a third party garage who managed to confuse the request with a 'lube change'!). Very conveniently for the dealer, at the time of collecting the car the service book and all accompanying service paperwork was 'off site' with someone else but they 'would get it to us within a couple of days'. Needless to say, it took longer than that and we had to chase them for it... Avoid them at all costs - they are on Sturry Road in Canterbury.
