Unethical At Best

Awful service.

Bought a new car on a PCP deal, they misquoted me for the service plan, never told me or got me to sign the paperwork, and then signed a contract on my behalf with all the wrong terms on and sent it off to Seat. I only realised when Seat were taking money that I hadn't agreed to.

They refused to answer any of my calls or e mails.

They also put through a contract for the PCP at terms I didn't agree to and I didn't realise until it was too late.

At best they are unethical, and probably due an FCA investigation.

Hopefully their scandalous practices are why Seat have withdrawn their name from this dealership.

Awaiting A Call From Service Sept Kia

Telephoned Clarke's service sept to discuss my service for a recently bought Kia.Was informed that they were busy but would call me back.Its now 9pm call made 11.30am!

I would be more happier to by a car off him. Once they have taken your money, you are just ignored.

WARNING: Find another dealership.

I have also heard that the Seat dealership is being taken off them.

Complete Rip Off

Ok, so where do I start. I needed a new car due to health problems. The salesman was an absolute pleasure to deal with. However we collected the car before closing on a Friday, took it home was about a 10minute drive and parked it up for the night. Decided to take it for a test drive the next morning and to go show the family only to find none of the heaters worked being a winter morning it was a slight problem but it wasn't to bad as it was guaranteed to be fixed for nothing. Then on the way to taking it back we find the hand brake wasn't working, when arriving back at the shop and complaining the Sales Technician tried to fob us off to say it was supposed to be like that. Just on the safe side we asked for the mechanic to check, only to receive phone call 2 days later saying that the handbrake was completely broken and it needed ripped out with a whole new one put in. When we went to the dealership to complain we were told the guy we had to speak to was on the phone so we was asked by another manager if he could help, only for him to argue with us to say it must of broke when they MOT it (which conveniently they had 'lost' the certificate), Then we asked to speak with the other manager and was we got told he went home. Again after leaving with No apology we then received a call saying the parts hadn't arrived and it would take longer to get the car back.

DO NOT buy from nothing but trouble wish I had listened to the reviews and gone somewhere else. So much trouble and ignorant argumentative staff. Not even any good will gesture offered for all the trouble they caused us.

Family Of Ripoffs Artists

Took my car there for it's first service, when i collected it had a flat tire with all sort of warning lights showing on the dash, when i asked them about the flat Tyre and warning lights they said it had all checked and was fine, i then insisted all was not OK, one of the salesmen became very aggressive and told me they are a family business and not to "Mess" with them. I again asked for someone to check the car, they came back to me and said the car had been checked(Even though there was only 1 extra mile on the clock) This place is for gormless people. In the end i ended up having the car transported to the dealer in stourbridge who fixed the issue and informed they had lots of customers complaining of Clarks of Kidderminster to them. My advise, go to Stourbridge evanshalshaw. My advise is DON'T risk it with this family run business.
