We had never done selling a car using this type of way before with any company so we didn't really know what to expect. However, the whole thing has been really easy and a lot less fuss than I would have thought. The adviser from Bobsmith made us an offer to buy our A6 and has been a great person to deal with, pleasant and helped explained the process of payment and collection. Their price was via the dealerbid website and was the best price we had been offered anywhere else both on the dealerbid site and elsewhere. They arranged to collect the car two days after we accepted their offer and the car was taken away on a transporter and money in our account. No change of price to what was offered and the whole paperwork and handing keys over was done in less than 20 mins.

On the basis of our experience I would recommend Bobsmith to others who want to sell their Audi.

Just a quick thank you to Bob Smith Audi specialists for a nice easy transaction with my A8. He asked a few questions about our car via the dealerbid site and made us an offer to buy which was very reasonable compared to other offers not only via the site but elsewhere.

The car has been collected today which is a saturday as it is the only day I am available and the money has been put directly into our account.

Couldnt have expected things to go any smoother and we are a few hundred pounds better off so most happy.

Have just dealt with Bob Smith Audi and BMW through the dealerbid website. They have been very nice to deal with and made everything nice and simple.

The price they offered was very fair, somewhat more than the big car buying companies and they collected my car by the end of the week.

The driver was very polite, he looked around the car, made a quick phone call and the payment was transferred into my account.
