Bought a smartrack tracker with key protection. The price was very competitive. The fitting was a very clean job. I like the product as I have one on my motorhome. My only criticism was I specifically asked for a particular day a month in advance. A week before fitting was due was advised it needed to be changed to the following day at 0800 as I wanted first slot of the day due to other commitments. The fitter didn't turn yo until 1100 which meant I had to rearrange my other commitments. This was unfortunate but at the end of the day was more than happy with everything else.

I had a bad experience with another company prior to phoning MobileTrackingSolutions they could not make a decision whether they would send an engineer to my home to install a tracker, after four days they contacted me and agreed to the installation but wanted an additional fee of £230. So when I phoned MobileTrackingSolutions I was amazed with their service it took four days from the initial enquiry to the actual installation the girls were great on the phone and the engineer was friendly and very quick. Can't rememder the last time I received this type of service I would recommend these guys every time. Thank you.

I saved money from my insurance after getting a tracker and it's good to know it's there if my car were to ever be stolen.
