A very rude and unprofessional "non-service" he promised he would come out in an hour then left a girl all alone in the middle of a dangerous Birmingham suburb. He didn't bother calling or texting just didn't turn up at all. When my friend called to ask why he just left her alone he was rude, aggressive and argumentative, highly unrecommended in all aspects, avoid at all costs.

Right first of this guy has charged me double any other locksmith would charge and I paid him for two keys. He gave me one key and said he would get more stock end of week and post another key. What a liar he now tells me he is waiting for stock but I called from another number and he said he had a few remotes left in stock stay away

The man that came out to me on behalf of The company reprogrammed me a key for my Megane and charged me £140.00. As I got in the house I realised that the blade of the key had fallen out and didn't actually fit the key. I called the man back immediately and he said he would be back tomorrow with a new blade as he didn't have any more keys left. Called him next day he said he was waiting for delivery, called him a couple of days later he was still waiting for a delivery. It was now becoming a joke called again and he said he hasn't got the time to drop it off and would post it, I asked how did he know it would fit my key and he actually admitted that he gave me a blade for a laguna key and the one he was going to send me was for a Megane key. 1 month later still waiting.

The company was actually been recommended by RAC, I don't think they realise what type of company they are recommending.

Someone should teach this fraudster a lesson he will never forget.

I have used this independent guy before and he first of all is very hard to get hold of and make him travel away from his house even though he claims to be available 24 hours and on emergency call outs.

he finally attended and installed a transponder for myself at a high price but in the process messed up my central locking for which he took no responsibility.

following this incident as my friend contacted him unaware of my case. Arranged several times and he failed to turn up as arranged ...how unprofessional.

he quoted a job for 250.00 for reprogramming without a key .

i then found another locksmith from stafford whom did the job for 100.00 and turned up as arranged the following day.
