After using this website before, i ordered 2 large jar candles. 2 weeks later i still hadn't received my order. I tracked my order which told me that it had been delivered to the delivery depot but had gone no further. I consequently contacted the 'yankeedirect' company via email who informed me that the items were with Parcel Force and they would resolve this.
The correspondence has been good via email, however, currently 4 weeks later, i have still not received my products and the only refund they can offer is 'loyalty points' to the value of the delivery charge! Therefore, having to order on their website to benefit from their compensation! Even after expressing that i really was not happy with this and that loyaltypoints should at least be given to the value of one of their products.
They have said this is all they can do and have assured me that my products will be re-sent.
In my opinion, not good enough at all!
