I don’t think I should still be without the camera why should I be waiting for DHL to accept the liability, as the problem is between Jessops and DHL and not me, I should have the camera I have paid for or my money returned or a credit
It’s disappointing that I will not be taking my new camera with me again.
It’s been so long to get sorted, I see the R6 mark 2 has now been released and I have not even used the original model.
I expect a refund or to be collecting a replacement camera before I leave for my 60 day cruise in January 2023.
I would like to collect from Shrewsbury, as my closest Jessops store. As no Lichfield or Birmingham that were my local stores.
I do not feel that I am being unreadable . However I have not had any camera or refund
