The whole process was made very easy by my adviser, this is my 3rd mortgage that these guys have dealt with on my behalf. They contact you as your mortgage is coming up for review and check the rates right the way through the process while we were still making our mind up. The consultant we dealt with was very pleasant and responsive and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
