“Gas Boiler Repair-STILL WAITING”

NOW INTO THIRD WEEK OF WAITING WITH NO HOT WATER NOR HEATING. They sent boiler engineers, to evaluate why my boiler was not working. After me chasing Simply Business several times they eventually said contractor stated it needed new circuit board but were too busy to give costing. Last Friday I suggested they get new contractor. It is now Tuesday morning and (having found out who the new contractor is) I have had to get them to contact Simply Business direct. Rarely do Simply Business call me back; I have to keep chasing them. Simply NOT Business is more appropriate.
