“Can't review the actual account as can't open one!”

Trying to open a business account . Filled in online form - after a week they sent me the form to sign with the wrong SAE. Phoned and was advised to take paperwork to local branch. Local branch seemed confused. No confirmation received. Rang customer services - paperwork not returned by local branch. I wasn't allowed to phone the branch so customer services did - only the branch wouldn't answer the phone. Customer servie offered to resend form with correct SAE. Wanted to know what my local branch had done with all my details - customer service suggested I go to the branch. Still waiting ....

“Wasted my 1 month and provoked me to leave them”

You won't believe how careless their staff are! I applied online for business account. Upon request I took all the documents to bank branch, got it certified and they sent it to their head office. I submitted my passport and other proofs they requested. Now all this took 2 weeks then I received a call in 3rd week saying I need to give some visa document. I told them I have given a copy of my British passport and there is no VISA thing!! They said ok they will inform the respective person. Now in 4th week I again received a call saying they have not received the Visa document. This infuriated me, you people do not even read the document properly, just because my name appears asian you will not even bother about checking the documents? Hopeless staff. I told them just throw away my application I am not interested in business banking with you. I can provide all reference numbers and name of the people whom I spoke to. They are all worthless.

“Dreadful service”

My complaint is far too long to write here so I will list the basics, 1. Opened account and given false information from the business rep 2. Two weeks on unable to use the account 3. 5 PIN numbers sent none work 4. 4 hours spent on the telephone trying to sort out 5. No intent access No one has been able to help and I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort out. I eventually got a PIN that worked and now need to set up the internet side. Poor poor service- would never recommend to anyone.
