Opened a 5yr internet ISA account and wanted to transfer another ISA into it.
After a month when this transfer hadn't taken place rang customer services to check what was happening.
A flustered employee obviously didn't understand the ISA system and tried to bluff his way round it, then told me he would have to look into it further would I mind holding on and when I said 'yes of course' he cut me off!!
Taking this as a sign of things to come I didn't bother to phone back just moved my money elsewhere.
