This company completed a pre purchase woodworm survey, 3 weeks later I finally track down the surveyor who informs me he lost the paper work and will need to go again. Not even a call to explain the situation. No apology and only met with rudeness on the phone when explaining to them that it has jeopardised my purchase.

Complete waste of time.
