Vispa and British Fibre have an exclusive contract to provide internet and phone access to our new build neighbourhood. The oldest houses are a year old and have always have horrible internet access. The infrastructure itself is poorly implemented and Vispa rarely responds to tickets or calls. If you call them you will almost certainly speak with one person. . .she appears to be the only person who answers the phone. She is a very nice person, but there has been no movement on the issue. They blame British Fibre, but the only way that we can get through to BF is via Vispa. If you have an option. . .DO NOT take Vispa as your ISP.
