The point of cable broadband is to have a constant connection, if not a constant speed. The connection is nowhere near constant, going up and down like a mad lift. You get more interruptions to you streaming service than there are adverts on American TV stations. These may not be for very long, but they are enough to disconnect the streaming box (Firestick, Now and Roku). This involves going back to the menu and restarting the service. The speed we should be getting is 39mbps, we average at 37mbps, however for prolonged periods this can drop to single figure mbps, meaning gaming and streaming is impossible to do at the same time. They do not seem concerned, only wanting screenshots from a wired in device. I am contacting OFCOM about this company as it is taking money, which coincidentally seems to be more than anybody else in the marketplace and not delivering what is in the contract. Avoid at all costs, I would never recommend them to anybody, only my worst enemies, let them enjoy the shoddy service.
