2.5 hours from initial call to drop off of car at requested garage.
Cannot fault the service from Britannia Recovery. Excellent initial response from the young man receiving the call, friendly and responsive. I was alone and received calls from them every half hour to update and check on my welfare. Congratulations on this! As a lone female I felt safe, listened to and supported!! The recovery driver was efficient, friendly and happy.
Excellent service throughout.
