Wife's car broke down. Called, rold that the tow would be 90 minutes. 2 hours later - we chased them - we are told it would be another 2 hours. So we came home and they were going to call us 15 minutes bedore to ensure we could meet the guy there. We'll over 5 hours now and on hold for 30 mins each time, I have to wonder that when I renew insurance it will not be with an insurer who partners with Britannia Recovery. Very poor service indeed.
