Terrible experience. I broke down on the M1 and called as the app wasn’t working. I had a flat tyre. I completed the form and awaited recovery. When the recovery agent arrived, he put my car on the trailer but said they hadn’t authorised recovery home, so I needed to await a call. An agent called to advise i only had cover for 10 miles onward towing home and id have to pay the extra 90 miles to get home, and this would cost around £220. It’s called premium cover and it says it offers onward travel but is worse than useless if it’s only for 10miles . My car was manufactured without a spare so I had no option but to pay them ! Please check your cover and be careful as their cover is dreadful. I would never recommend them now.. very poor service
