Got a puncture on my motorbike at 11.30. Called GEM to tell them. (I am in their recovery ‘club’). Dedicated vehicle turns up at 12.30. Bike put on board (inside). Me & wife in nice, warm cab. Home at 14.00. RESULT !
Between initial phone call and collection, I was called 3 times to give update, ETA, etc.
My recovery covers me for any car/van/motorbike that I am in/on, whether owned by me or not, and for all passengers.
Can’t fault the service received! Thanks to GEM and SOS Recoveries.
