I am happy to pay a bit more to use ETA breakdown cover, but I just spent 10 minutes on the phone persuading them that as an existing customer I shouldn't have to pay less than a new customer for my renewal.

They may be ethical environmentally, but the way they treat their customers is just as bad as everyone else.

I will continue to use them but I feel like they could do better.

Sorry, should have been 'shouldn't have to pay MORE than a new customer' in the first paragraph...
