An excellent company who I have had breakdown cover with for many years

Only called out once in the years I have been with you. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have a reliable service to call upon if needed.

Fortunately I haven’t had to use ARBC yet but it’s good to know they will be there if ever I do.

This is my 2nd year with Autonational and I am happy to continue with their excellent service. I had occasion to call on their services a few weeks ago and everything worked without a hitch. The communications were excellent and kept me informed and the recovery / delivery of my vehicle worked very well. TAuto provide excellent value for money and are a great example that other companies (perhaps more widely known) should follow.

I have been using this service for many years and have always had excellent service from them. Great communication and short waiting times. It is excellent value for money.

I have used Autonational Rescue have come to my aid on a few occasions, from home start to roadside situations. They have always arrived within an hour and have been able to fix the problem or tow my car back a location I have chosen. All the breakdown operators have been friendly and very helpful. I would would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking Breakdown cover which gives complete peace of mind.

If you want a no-frills value for money breakdown service then look no further than Autonational rescue. I have been a member for over 30yrs and when I have needed assistance (I think about 3 times in all) I have had no issue. Of the times I have called them they seem not to be able to fix the issue but will tow you/your car to your choice location which has been good enough for me. Completely reliable. Not needed to use them last 10yrs so can't comment on whether the level of service is better or worse. Onee thing I have noticed is that more and more is done remotely (online) to save money I guess which is OK....one issue I had is you can't add another vehicle online (it seems). Overall good though. Given 4 stars can't give 5 as not used the service for a while so things might have changed. As I say no frills, certainly value for money (especially if you have multiple cars), does what it says on the tin cover. I recommend. If I am being picky, one minor point is that they load customers with a £15 charge if they decide to leave. I think for customers like myself who are long time members (say 10yrs+) they should waive that. Besides, unlikely a long time member will leave anyway unless it is for genuine reasons (sold car, bought a new one which requires no cover etc etc) which I feel should no incur this charge.
