Sorry if this is a silly question. The machine makes three sizes of loaf, but the instructions are only for one size. Which size is it please?

750g. Just add together the weight of the ingredients which will give you the weight of the finished loaf. 1ml weighs 1g. Hope this helps.

ignore the machine instructions and follow the instructions on the bread flour you buy. The instructions are always for the smallest sized loaf.

Can anyone tell me how the different flour numbers work in the recipes? I have not seen this in any other bread maker.
