I ordered 2 blinds from Wilson's and called in to make sure it was all correct. One arrived the correct length but the other was too short. Emailing customer services they told me even though the sales girl had put through the correct sizing for one blind she had written it incorrectly on the order form. The human error was at her end. I hadn't checked the order so closely as I'd just spent 20 mins on the phone asking the girl a myriad questions and felt reassured ! Clearly she HAD taken the correct measurements and passed it onto their production dept but because she made a mistake on the order that was on email to me they wouldn't do anything about it. I guess it is just luck who you get answering the phone so be very wary calling in an order !!
