this company is rubbish!made a genuine mistake of not converting from inches and now wont give a refund or deduct original price off new measurements of what i need.have told me that i will be charged if i dont accept original delivery even though they are of no use to me.
sounds fair to me. If you make a mistake when buying made to measure goods you pay the price. Why should you expect a company to foot the bill when it is your mistake, especially when most online blind companies are resellers to begin with.
