“Poor service and damaged goods”

Free quotation - great service, lead time long 12 weeks, shutters arrived damaged no compensation offered, no quick resolution just a chance to wait another 12 weeks + for another set. Fitter did say if they wanted to they could fly them over - but Head office declined to do this.
Manager could not even be bothered to call back at an arranged time to discuss. Full refund requested
