I had bought my roman blinds around three years prior, when the raising/lowering mechanism broken, I contacted customer service to obtain a replacement. They refused to supply the spare parts, forcing me to buy a whole new blind.

What happened to reuse, recycle, REPAIR?

Very poor customer service, so be warned, they will not supply spare parts if you need them in the future.
