Very Pleased

Extremely pleased with the blind we ordered. Installed it in no time at all following the YouTube video. The blind is so much improved with the fixing now even easier to install. Blind operates perfectly.

Inferior top bar

The main top bar was bent when we received the blinds but as we were going on holiday the next day we had no time to return these. The bend in the top bar meant that the retainers were not able to function the way that they should. Given the overall quality we would prefer a refund for the blinds.

AMAZING

I ordered a few samples from a few different companies and blinds 2 go were by far the best. Very strong, durable material. Also, the fact you can add suresize measuring insurance for free really does put your mind at ease. My blinds arrived quicker than expected too and they fitted perfectly! Could not ask for better, they look amazing. Would buy again and 100% recommend.

Excellent service, customer service and quality of blinds are fantastic. Recently purchased a couple of blinds, we were so impressed with the quality we replaced the whole house with new ones. Will definitely be buying again in the future.

Blinds don't work

We bought some twist2go blinds from them, the first one they said it was something wrong with the manufacturing because it would untwist itself and fall down as we rolled the blind up and down, but the second blind was exactly the same and they refused to give us a refund for our order but offered us new blinds that would be made bigger and we would not have this issue, they apperantly do have a locking mechanism for them that I asked them to give me but was told no since my blinds were not big enough to justify it, today we received the third set of blinds that are bigger as well than the previous two but still have exactly the same issue, cant say that this is anything else but a useless product by a company with really poor customer service

Blinds ok but but fitting brackets ugly and troublesome.

The blinds arrived exactly as ordered although it took 10 days to get them. The fixing brackets are not attractive, and awkward to fit in the corner of a window recess. The screws supplied did not even fit through the holes in the brackets, which I had to redrill. The raw plugs supplied are also useless for plasterboard fixing, which must surely be the most common requirement.

No Drill Blind - Fallen Down

Bit fiddly to install but we got it up. Correct size to what we ordered.

Unfortunately already fallen down, so wouldn't buy from again. Blind was in a child's bedroom l, so we are not going to put this back up as don't have faith it will stay up / don't feel this is safe.

How come "Blinds 2 Go" display the Paypal sign but at the checkout there is no way to pay with Paypal? This does not look right at all. Also, most other websites these days have a contact area where it is easy to email the company to make enquiries, they do not have this. When I find such things it makes me nervous to do business.
