“Dreadful Customer Service”

I have experienced the worst customer service for a very long time with 247 Blinds.
I visited the website and was interested in purchasing some blinds, however I needed some advice on the type of Blind I require.
I noticed on the website it states "If you prefer to order from a real person or just need advice then our friendly staff are ready and waiting to help" So I called the advertised customer service number.
After listening to the standard recorded announcement it just rang and rang with now answer. So tried again the following day and again the same happened. I then made contact via email following the link on the website.
A few hours later I received an email back stating the office was now closed and they would call me the following day. I didnt receive a phone call the following day so tried calling myself. Again the phone just rang and rang. I sent another email and no response.
I can't decide whether this is just terrible customer service or just plain arrogance. Thank god I didnt place an order.
I am obviously taking my custom elsewhere. Perhaps 247 Blinds are such a succesful company they are quite happy turning business away.
