Delighted with the service. Original bike was damaged which following assessment by my LBS and a report sent to Wheelies a proposal to replace the bike with the current model was agreed. This was a painless process, and in part, thanks go to the insurance company too. The staff at Wheelies were attentive, knowledgeable, and understanding with an interest in cycling. Once agreement was made over the replacement with the insurance company, it was quickly despatched (I was able to upgrade, at cost to myself which was pleasing). I received the bike within 4 days (in stock to my delight) over a bank holiday weekend, and delivered by a very chirpy delivery driver. Many thanks again, and recommended.
