Took 3 weeks from the first phone call to finally getting my replacement bike (which I use for commuting and so experienced great difficulty getting to university as a result). I was given no feedback about the status of my claim until I rang myself on 6 separate occasions (73 minutes of call time) until I finally managed to get a bike that was in stock (the third time lucky). Very poorly organised service, would not recommend to anyone on the basis that it took me so long and that I had to do all the work myself.

The bike did arrive very swiftly (within 2 days) when the bike was in stock so no faults there but very annoying that it took so much hassle to get to that point!
