I ordered a bike for my son in June, it was an insurance replacement as we were broken into and our bikes were stolen. I was told it would be in stock in mid July. July came and went and I heard nothing from Wheelies. I contacted them to be told it would be end of August. August came and went. I called them again and was told mid-September and then end of September and now end of October. I have made a formal complaint but no one ever gets back to you. They seriously are the worst company I've ever dealt with - just awful. Do not use. Tell your insurance company no way!
