So, some scroat breaks into an outbuilding in full cctv view steals carbon road bike and assorted aaccessories.
AXA couldn't have been more helpful.
Wheelies did call me and took details of what was stolen only required pics as proof rather than receipts. Produced a valuation based on new replacement from their I think expensive website. A voucher is emailed to purchase any goods from the Wheelies website. Following order confirmation chased order via phone. (Horrendous wait. 20 mins) To be told certainly items on back order and could split order. Why they didn't advise only they know. Goods on back order have arrived but returned. Still awaiting exchange and partial refund.
Initial customer service from Wheelies good. Follow up experience poor. Certainly would not use Wheelies by choice. Expensive, slow to despatch and accurate stock advice is rubbish. So many better cycling websites out there.
