Avoid. Horrific customer service. Mattress was delivered damaged. Can't to this day get customer service via contact form, email address or phone number provided. Paid through paypal so we opened a case for resolution. Finally someone responded and told us to return the damaged mattress for a refund. We had to cover costs of return via courier despite the damage not being our fault. Has been returned yet still no refund issued. I would advise AVOIDING this company at all costs

I ordered a mattress nine days ago, you say fast free delivery, what a joke.

When I call I get an answer phone asking for my details and saying you will call me back STILL WAITING !

When I call your XDP ( your delivery company ) I get exactly the same treatment, very poor customer service, I’m sure my order will be very comfortable IF I ever get it, you need a better courier .... badly

Excellent service and a really well made mattress. I had a memory foam mattress previously from ikea which was very expensive and did not match the comfort and quality of this mattress. Very happy.

The mattress is very good and I can't fault it for firmness or comfortability to lye on. however it tends to be a tad warmer to sleep on than a conventional sprung mattress & I have woken with the odd night sweat. As a hot boddied person I find my nights have become rather moist, and I have had to switch to a very thin duvet despite the coolmax covers on the mattress.

Product was of a good quality and very competitively price (memory foam topper), however the best thing was their courier - gave me a one hour time slot emailed to me the morning of delivery. Would definitely sue them again.

I ordered an Ikea size Memory Mattress; the delivery was quick and efficient. All I can say is everyday after a long day at work, I know when I get home I am guaranteed a good night sleep. The mattress is AWESOME.

Bought this mattress for my girlfriend who has suffered some severe pain in her back over a long time, the service we received was second to none, polite, courteous and professional and the mattress has been of great benefit to my girlfriends back problems and also provides a great nights sleep. Cannot speak highly enough of the company, the staff and their products and would use them time and again without hesitation
