If things go well with your purchase, you could be forgiven for leaving a positive review.
However, when things go wrong expect the following:
Reassuring emails, which lack substance.
Requests for patience, with no follow-up.
No initiation of contact.
I am now 8 weeks into a request for help following product failure and am no further forward.
I'm having to resort to a claim back under section 75 of the consumer credit act.
BE WARNED!
