Same thing happened to me as all the other reviewers. Paid £150 pounds for new taps. Was told would need to be ordered from Italy. Nothing ever showed up & no response to any correspondence. Logged a complaint with Action Fraud. Don't do business with this company.

I ordered a glass sink and tap, I paid £350.00 (50%)deposit to their bank details. Have not had any response since. I have been unable to obtain my deposit back. I have tried to contact them with no success! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an expensive tap and paid a 50% deposit in August 2013 I was told it would take 4 weeks to complete order. Most helpful in the beginning, but now completely ignore my emails. Have not received a thing 3 months later. And no refund !!!!!

This company immediately responded to my initial email, were very forthcoming at first but once I paid nothing ever turned up. I am 100% out of pocket. I've sent dozens of emails and no response and their phone number doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.

I spent £1500+ with this company who seemed so helpful at the start, but soon realised they just wanted to take my money, no customer service at all. I ordered a bathroom suite that i was told would take 4 weeks. After 8 weeks still nothing had turned up and all of my emails were being ignored. The telephone number on the website doesnt work and there is no address, very suspicious. I finally received a delivery, but half of it was missing. Again another 5 emails sent and no response. I do not know what to do now as Im out of pocket. I do not understand how they are still trading, this company must be stopped. They were originally named Lavabo and have now changed their name to www.giant.co.uk. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
