Weleda Pomegranate Creamy Body Wash I do like Weleda Products and think their quality and ethics are to be much admired. Weleda are originally a German company founded by the philosopher and founder of the Steiner schools, Rudolf Steiner. They now have over 1900 employees and have outlets in over fifty countires . The company was renamed Weleda in 1928. I have always rated their homeopathic medicines but only recently have I become interested in their toiletries and body stuff. All Weleda products are : 100% pure and natural and are certified . They use only the 'purest wild crafted, biodynamic or organically grown ingredients. Their products contain no petroleum derived ingredients, no synthetic chemicals, no synthetic preservatives, no synthetic fragrances, no GMOs and naturally are NOT tested on animals (apart from willing humans of course). I found this didn't lather very much but felt gentle and creamy a bit like applying a slightly soapy body lotion. It smells lovely with a combination of neroli and sandalwood. My skin felt lovely and soft and well nourished after bathing with this. I am not sure it really cleaned my armpits though so did use a bit of soap there. All in all I found this a lovely gentle wash product for my sensitive skin and I loved how it smelled and how my skin felt when I used it. Notba bad price for such a high quality natural product.
