Tesco Bank have a poor Customer Services, difficult to find a number and you get the usual assistants that are more of a barrier than a help. I had to phone twice before I got the help I needed to view my statements due to a technical error and was on the phone for about an hour. The first person I spoke to was quite abrupt and unhelpful and the second only helped because I asked for the complaints department. If you ask to speak to someone dealing with complaints they flatly refuse.
