Keep in mind if you want to use this HSBC bank:
First: they are going to rip you off.
Second: They have terrible customer service.
Finally: They charge lots of fees and interest.

The trouble is this seems to be the case with most banks. They are no longer in the business of taking monthly deposits and providing a retail banking service (like ATMs to withdraw that money) - they are more interested in what 'products' they can sell you and how to tie to in to lucrative deals and 'services'. It is being forced into a corner and having no competition or alternative that makes us all so frustrated.
