“Worst ever phone service”

It is completely unacceptable to ask a caller on the telephone to hang on for in excess of 30 minutes.
This is EVERY time I try to phone them. You may have been waiting for that time and a customer walks into your shop!
You would have to hang up immediately and start all over again!
I am irate. There new on-line program is not an improvement. Should have spent the money employing more staff to answer the phone!!!
Now looking to close accounts and go elsewhere
