“Excellent and Efficient Service of the Manager of Borella ”

I visited the Bank of Ceylon, Borella Branch, and was greeted by one of the security officers and we mentioned to him the reason why we were there, he promptly asked to stand behind counter No. 8, we were standing for a short while and instantly a lady came over to us and prompted her services, we were then asked into her office and we were supresied thay she was the manager of the Bank. “incompetent staff, horrendous service ”

Was a customer with this bank for over 10 years. Started off Okay, then around 2013, it went downhill. Basic instructions about account were not carried-out, emails were not answered. Staff lied to me when I called them to follow-up (said they had to get approval from Head office). Lack of information about account. So, they would randomly auto-renew NRFC Fixed Deposit accounts.
