After my fruise was cancelled due to Covid it has been a disaster nightmare-- 10 emails not answered and noone to talk to on the phone. P&O answered my emails but said once the booking is made with OzCruising it is them that I have to speak to.
I guess the $1600 I paid is gone.
I will never use a company that doesn't have a phone number and Ozcruising will never have me as a customer again. Beware -- it is much better to book direct with the cruiseline.
