Dkg Architects Ltd  is an architect masquerading as a builder. He professes to be an architect with a team of builders and as such can provide you with an all inclusive service.

Very much a sweet talker who draws you in with a keen price and many promises that he eventually doesn't keep. We made the mistake of believing the guy as he promised an all inclusive service. Unfortunately, because it is someone we know we decided on a handshake and promise and agreed on a price for the renovation.

Half way through the project he racked up the costs without reason and threatened to quit if we didn't comply. For an easy life we gave in after he promised again that the project will be professionally finished. At the end the project was £11,000 over budget and poorly finished. Every time we called for a problem to be fixed, he made excuses or wanted to charge extra. Some of the workers felt so bad and sorry for us they were fixing things for free!

Lesson learnt......Avoid this person like plagued. He is not a professional builder!
