Had an account with TotalAV for a while, and did a search on google to log into my account, and saw these reviews so I had to get involved. Let me just say that I have had NO trouble with TotalAV what so ever.

Installation was easy, nothing has been charged to me without my knowledge or agreement and the times I have needed them, they have been nothing but professional.

I made a mistake on my sign up which was my error, but they quickly fixed that for me and I haven't looked back since. I have been a customer for 2 1/2 years now.

It has improved the speed of my computer, so glad I gave it a go!

I was sceptical at first with the app as i have heard lots of varied reviews but from what i have experienced personally it is tremendous and will never go back to using anything else. As it allows me to store all my personal passwords safe and keep my computer running smoothly. 5 stars from me !Thank you Total AV!
