Glitches And Poor Customer Service.
Renewed my Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 (3pc) via Kaspersky's site. Downloaded the 2015 version fine on my lap-top but programme did not update correctly on my PC. For some reason both programmes started with 30 days of the 12 months cover 'missing'. I would expect the 12 months I actually paid for really. On contacting Customer Services they said they couldn't find any fault with my subscription and if I wanted to recover my 30 days I should sign up for a 30 day free trial version after my paid subscription had elapsed. What kind of an answer is that? He was simply off-loading any kind of responsibility. Maybe it would be best to do that repeatedly for 12 months - then it's all free!
There is also a problem with some of the features:-
Safe Money will not work on my lap-top. I tried the Safe Money web support answers but they didn't correct the issue. Safe Money, Dangerous Website Blocker and Virtual Keyboard etc are not recognised in my browser on the PC (I use the same browser on both PC and lap-top top).
All in all I've lost 30 days of paid cover, half the advertised features don't work, one of the programmes didn't update correctly and Customer Services was useless. The Customer Services chump said the subscription looks like it started 30 days previously (could that be where my supposed '3rd PC' programme went?) and he advised me to download a free trial version to make up for 'lost' time. I advise you look elsewhere for cover.
