We cannot fault our pickup from Malaga Airport to Nerja on 11th June. The driver was on time, courteous and a safe driver. A week later our experience was completely different. Our transfer back to Malaga Airport was booked for 3am, an unsociable time but was nevertheless accepted by Solhop. However, our booking was suddenly cancelled by Solhop at very short notice giving us just a few hours to arrange another transfer with another taxi company. This was despite a number of texts between Solhop and ourselves during the day reassuring us that our transfer would be going ahead and they would give us the driver’s phone number asap. Solhop did not care that they left us in the lurch and worrying about finding another company that would take us to the airport for our scheduled flight. They are not only unreliable but discourteous - a phone call to cancel rather than a text would have been more acceptable. We will never use Solhop again and would advise any other visitors to Nerja to take heed of our comments before booking Solhop.

the transfer from Alcudia to the Palma Airport went very well. The driver was very punctual, polite and helpful. The vehicle was also to my satisfaction.

I booked this company for my daughter and then 2 weeks later for myself as she had such good service. We waited 45 minutes for our bags on arrival but the driver was outside waiting for us. Excellent service to our hotel. On our return journey there was initially only two of us but we found out another 3 people were on our flight and wanted to share a taxi. I rang solhop 45 minutes before we were due to be picked up and enquired about a bigger vehicle. They rang me back within two minutes and said they could accommodate the extra people. An executive people carrier arrived to pick us up and the driver was polite and helped with all the cases. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Mum on her own with 12 and 15 year old daughters, was a bit apprehensive about booking a taxi online. On arrival at Barcelona driver was waiting for us, polite and friendly, on our return the taxi was on time, and once again a polite and friendly driver. Both taxis were nice and clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely use again.

Arrived at Barcelona airport and our driver was directly ahead of the exit with a sign with our name, so we noticed him immediately. He was friendly and courteous, offering to carry our luggage, opening our doors etc. The journey was smooth and he tried to make conversation with us (his English was very good compared to my Spanish, but I did use my Dualingo App, so that helped). We also booked a taxi ride back to the airport, a different driver this time, arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time, welcomed us when we approached him, took our luggage and opened our doors. Both vehicles were luxurious and comfortable. We know this service is more expensive than getting a normal taxi to the city, but we did not know where we were going, had a time schedule to meet our 'apartment owner' and knew having ready reviews, that this service would definitely get us there and back safely and on time. We were very relieved we booked this service when we noticed the VERY long taxi queue as we walked straight to our awaiting taxi and headed straight off to start our lovely weekend away. We would definitely use this company again.

What a truly excellent service you provided us. The driver arrived on time in fact about 10 minutes early. He was very courteous and gave us a warm welcome. We were very impressed when a Mercedes MPV turned up. It was a very comfortable journey we had to Gibraltar. Very good price too and cheaper than other firms I had quotes from. Overall I can not fault your service. I will have no hesitation in recommended you to my friends. Excellent!!

The transfers both to and from the airport went very well. Both drivers were friendly and helpful and didn’t mind a lot of girls being at times quite loud!! They were both on time and the vehicles were perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again if I was in the area.
