Fantastic service.

So glad that we booked with shuttle direct we were due to land at Arrecife on Sunday November 16 at 12:30 but because of extreme weather we could not so landed at Fuerteventura instead. We sat there for ages and eventually got off the plane at arrecife around 17:30. We honestly didn’t think that the driver would still be there but after collecting our bags and seeing pablo standing there holding up our name after not knowing how we would get to resort was a massive relief for us. I cannot thank you enough for this as it removed the stress from an already difficult situation. Thank you again.

Do not use in Ibiza

My experience with this shuttle service was appalling. The first shuttle took nearly an hour to leave the airport with no explanation and no apology. For the return journey, the shuttle didn’t even arrive at our hotel to collect the group.Attempts to reach customer service were met with silence, and when we finally got through on the emergency number, the representative couldn’t confirm whether a shuttle was coming at all. We were left stranded and had to pay for a taxi to the airport.To make matters worse, the company dismissed my complaint afterwards without taking responsibility. Considering it’s actually cheaper and far more reliable to take a taxi from San Antonio to the airport, there is absolutely no reason to use this company. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely dismissive of customers.

Not my first time using Shuttledirect and won't be the last time. Advised time of pick up 2 days prior by email. Coach arrived on time. Driver excellent and very pleasant. Got to Airport in plenty of time.

Taxi transfers from Malaga to and from Nerja were exactly as scheduled and the driver was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Return journey perfect, arrival so & so

The journey from the airport to the hotel was not ideal, they have to wait for all the customers even if their flights are late, in my case had to wait for more than one hour for delayed flight of someone else. Return was excellent, they pick up perfectly in time with a great wan very comfortable and modern.

Reliable Service

First time I have used Shuttle Direct and was very happy with service. Driver was waiting with name card on arrival and got us to destination promptly. On return journey just prior to pickup time I was called to let me know driver had hit a bit of traffic but would be with us within 10 mins. I appreciated the call from the office as there is nothing worse than worrying your transport is not going to arrive. Also cost of transport was great value and will use again.

Reliable and punctual

On time and reliable

Bus on time and very friendly driver. Only problem was it was very hot as heating switched on. Wouldn’t stop me using you again though.
