Prague Airport evening collection was efficient. The driver was standing in a prominent location inside the terminal building and was easily identifiable as we came through arrivals. The driver was suited and booted and escorted us to his vehicle a short distance away. He loaded our cases into his vehicle, and once in the drivers seat, offered complimentary bottles of water. Upon the arrival at our apartments in Prague he walked us to the front door, and helped with the key code entry system before leaving.
On the day of our pick up back to the airport the driver was a few minutes early and again he offered a high standard of customer service. His vehicle was clean and well presented and we arrived safely at the airport for our journey home. Could not wish for anything more.
