i booked weeks ahead of my trip and confirmed few days before leaving Australia

the day before i arrived, the person I dealt with cancel as i didn't confirmed but i have confirmation details plus driver details to contact

arriving at Fiumicino airport no one is there and called their 3 cel numbers no one answered

email sent that i cancelled as per phone conversation which is not true

i have family of 5 and will not cancel due to our luggages and trip plan to rome such a big disappointment this the person I dealt with doesn't seem to understand that i didn't cancel and i did confirm my booking

don't use this company you are giving bad start to someones trip in Italy

we booked pick up from Civitavechia cruise port, was told they would bring a sign with my name on it for pick up. Never happened, had to call him up and asked him to come over.

I booked three vans, one of the driver was crazy, drove at a speed of 140km per hour and stayed very close to the car in front of him, DID NOT KEEP SAFTETY DISTANCE AT ALL. we were all shocked and scared.

Never would recommend to others.

I used Fattori Car service to arrange a shared shuttle service from Civitavecchia cruise port to Rome airport. Very professional and reasonably price.

I had a fantastic tour in Rome last week with my friends,this is,I think,the best company in Rome,I recommend to all my friends.The driver was excellent and funny and the cost of the tour was so cheap! When I back rome I choose for sure Fattori car service!

I wanted to compliment you and especially, Claudio for the outstanding service that we received in Rome.

Claudio was very professional, friendly, and efficient! He met us at the FCO airport and had his sign with our name on it, right on time. He drove us to the Visconti Airport and then the following morning, took us right to the Civitavecchia Pier. At the end of our cruise, he was right there to bring us back to the Visconti, and finally, the next morning, brought us to the FCO airport.

He was always on time and was excellent! Thank-you. We will definitely use your service again the next time that we are in Rome.

We were concerned about getting to the Rome airport because we had to leave at six in the morning and we were in an area that did not have a cabs readily available. When we inquired Fattori Car Service, they immediately responded and they answered every time I wrote. Knowing how nervous we were about leaving on time, the driver was there early. Mr. Claudio, was very professional and helpful. We would highly recommend this service.

I've got a great car with the driver on February 5, 2012 was a beautiful day with the tour that I have proposed, and especially to a beautiful price. I did know my cousin and he will use it for a tour to Colosseum, St. Peter and various places of Rome. a beautiful experience, and then the driver friendly, Claudius, who has been very good to drive, went up, has not spoken on the phone ... is well worth the stay!
